I bought the digital version on Wii U and finished it.
IMO, it's an average game. Both its play control design (especially the right stick drawing control, much better on touch screen) and its tutorial (missing any touch screen control info) are terrible. Its learning curve is quite high.
On the whole, character design, level design and game idea are good but the implementation of those idea (the play control) is poor.
