Still making my way through this. The sprigatito line got my vote. Best grass starter ever! I also love the other two starters, as well as the Greavard line, and the legendary starters.

No, even though these are the better versions, I own Yellow. No reason to double dip on a gen.

I liked Leaf Green a lot. I'm unsure if I'll pick it up, since I own Yellow on the 2DS.

@Uncle_Franklin Appletun is a beast.

I'm still playing through this, but Bolthund is a great electric type. I also really love the Scorbunny line. As well as Corviknight, Coalossal, Barraskewda, Appletun, Copperajah, and Thievul.

My mom bought it for the NES and I was entranced at the idea of a large, open world with secrets to find, dungeons to master, messages to decipher and monsters to kill. Its such a terrific game. I've beaten the first quest many times, and the second quest once.

This was not a great generation. Mudsdale is awesome though.

There's some really good mon in this gen. My vote goes for talonflame. Easily the best early route flying type in the series. Don't ever wanna do without one. I also love the fennekin line, dragalge, tyrantrum, trevanant, sylveon,and yveltal.

I love the sandile line. I'm not particularly fond of ground or dark types, but this one rocks!

The totodile line gets my vote. I love the cyndaquil line, ampharos, lanturn, ho-oh and Suicune too. There weren't a lot of new or great pokemon in johto, despite being one of my favorite generations.

The Squirtle line of course. Easily the best starter out of a trio of great starters. And just an all around good water pokemon. Outside of that, my other favorites are Dragonair, Raichu, Vaporeon, Machamp, Alakazam, Dewgong, Seadra and Articuno.

I know they announced a new Silent Hill. I'd like to see a remake of Legends for Switch 1+2. As well as the 1999 war with Julius.

@lovecraftINkafka Its a cross-release because the switch is still actively being supported and sold. A port is a game from a retired system, that's being brought as is, onto a modern system.

I'll probably pick it up. I like Suda's zanyness.
