@JR150 that is entirely the consumers fault then. On cloud versions of any game, doesn't matter the platform, it states in the game's description that a stable internet connection is required. They even provide a demo so you can see if it runs well via your internet provider, which it also gives a big disclaimer before you start said demo.
People are trying to make it seem like these developers are trying to scam customers, which they aren't.
@MsJubilee it hasn't been stated by Ubisoft themselves, but i'm pretty confident they are giving the first game the remake treatment. It's the only explanation i can think of for not re-releasing the first.
@PunkRx_Lockly because it won't fit on a 32GB Switch cartridge (it's 35GBs on PS4 and 42GBs on Xbox One) and most companies aren't willing to spend the money to have their games put on a 64GB cartridge, since the cartridges themselves are very expensive, more so than cds.

@Magician they can't do a physical release. The biggest switch cartridge is 32GB, the game on PS4 is 35GB and 42GB on the Xbox One.

@CodyMKW you actually can get refunds on the eshop. I've got refunds for 4 games that i've bought between 2017 and now.
