A lot of nice add-ons, especially included within the base cost. A shame storage prices are insane, this would be nice to have on a cartridge at this price.

The cart is the only physical thing I’d care about. It does look good but I’m good with my switch one.

Despite it being a GKC I will still get it physical and the fact that you get these nice goodies all for 40 bucks is insane

I'm kind of mixed on the game, in that I kind of feel like I can justify spending the money for the Origins port but the Legends remake itself still just seems completely pointless.

The absolutely insane prices of the sd cards for the switch 2 really makes the whole game key card thing so, so much worse.

Digital downloads are less wasteful.

But have a load of physical crap with it.

@Uncle_Franklin what about the electricity to store the game on servers and they printed the plastic to hold the card without having the game. Seems more wasteful than making a physical copy.

I don't think people realise that Switch 2 cartridges use a really cheap form of Nand flash memory, that might not even hold their charge for more than 10 years.

It has completely killed my desire to collect games for the system. The irony being that GKC might actually technically last longer than the normal carts if the online or downloads are still available in 15-20 years time.

Unfortunately, physical game collecting really is on its last legs, for modern gaming anyway. The only thing that will save Switch 2 physical games, is if someone figures out an easy way to re-flash games onto the chips if they lose their charge.

I actually just ordered this yesterday. I would obviously much prefer a real game card, but it doesn't bother me too much.

My limited gaming time means I probably won't have finished Zelda by the time this out, but I was lured in my the map and lithographs I'll probably never do anything with 😀

You know, I've played enough of Legends and Origins already, but I would have bought this and played through them one more time if it was a proper game card ... Just putting this out there, you know, FIY 😘

I would like an updated version of Origins but I am not really interested in the updated Legends there is far too much I actively don’t want to play (All the Murphy bits that are actually quite good on the Wii U). If there was a cheat code to unlock all the levels I might get it but I won’t be playing any of those Murphy levels that are so boring for any reason unless they have found a way to make them playable. I could certainly do without it.

They're nice bonuses but still pointless tat unless you're a diehard Rayman fan.
