The Last Worker has been on our radar since last year, an intriguing narrative adventure that was shortlisted at the Venice Film Festival and used the occasion to reveal a high-profile cast. Though a dystopian setting in some some of warehouse was clear in initial materials, a lot of it has remained a mystery.
A new trailer now showcases more story details and some other aspects, which you can see above (via IGN). In addition to seemingly introducing a rather sinister corporation CEO, we get a glimpse of the playable character and snippets of the first-person gameplay.

In addition to the all-star cast there's notable pedigree in the development team, with creative lead Jörg Tittel working with development studio Wolf & Wood, which brings extensive VR expertise to the project. Based on the initial gameplay footage we're pretty optimistic that the art style will translate well to the Switch hardware, too.
