It seems Nintendo is keen to keep up the momentum on the Switch eShop, with at least one new indie game to enjoy each week. Next week, on 6th July, European gamers will be treated to Shephy by Arc System Works for the princely sum of £4.99 in the UK. A North American release is to be confirmed.
Judging from the video on the European Switch eShop the game is based on a card game where you attempt to fill the earth with sheep, and it's quirky.
We'll let the game's own synopsis explain this better:

@crackafreeze I am sure people will be flocking to it.
This doesn't sound so baaad.
I'd sheepishly get it
Honestly, who gives a flock about this?
Guys do ewe think people will be picking this title up?
w...t...f...???
I've always wondered why one sheep isn't a shep or a shoop or something - goose-geese, foot-feet. Now I'm going to have to look up the etymology. I bet it's an Old English thing.
Anyway, back to the game and the universe everyone else lives in, and I may try it out. Sounds like a good timewaster.
Edit: Finally looked it up. Nope, one sheep was always a sheep. Although the plural of goat was gat, book was beek, egg was eggru, oak was ack, so not exactly easy to tell. Hm...
@Captain_Gonru You pulled the wool over our eyes there! Honestly, I am looking forward to bashing some muttons...erm...I mean mashing some buttons!
A game most sheeple can enjoy!
This game is making me baaaashful!
I came here for the puns alone... Ewe have not disappointed me!
WOLF! WOOOLF!
...
I'll be adding this to my Switch.
Pronounced "Sheffy" as in the English city of Sheffield (or at least that's what Google Translate gives when I try to write it in after a few Guinneses!)
Anyway, I'm sure the Switch owners will flock to it... #sheeppuns
However I fear the Welsh might be giving this one a wide berth, lest the stereotype take hold!
I played the original card game a while ago. It's very good. I'm curious about this.
Oh wow, the physical card game Shephy is nearly impossible to find, and is touted as an excellent solitaire game. This is great!
Bring me more card and boardgames, my Switch!
The trailer for this keeps crashing on my Switch and I even had to hard reset the console once. No idea why but this one video doesn't want to work. :s
Unfortunately, this game is awful.
