It seems that Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer has come up a fair bit this week, so we might as well wrap up with details on a Nintendo UK contest that's kicked off - players in the region can try and design their way to receiving a pack of amiibo cards and a Collector's Album, after all.
Starting on 23rd October Nintendo UK is seeking designs with 'blue' as the theme, with this particular contest running until 29th October.
There'll be a new contest each Friday for a number of weeks, with the final one ending on 3rd December; the winners will also enjoy a bit of fame on social media channels.
It's a neat - and low cost - promotion to run, and we'd certainly like to see more of this kind of thing across different countries and regions.

North America already had a contest for the Animal Crossing New Nintendo 3DS bundle earlier this month. I know because I entered it twice. You had to design a house and the yard and the school i think. I don't know who won or anything.
