Slow moving stock day.
AC/ Ring Fit console bundles are decent and it's not a bad day to snap up a memory card but nothing really worth it in the game deals. Hopefully some more appear...
The dockable switch cases are rarely truly dockable. You have to "firmly" push them down. Something you may feel uncomfortable doing regularly.
That's relatively "cheap" for 1tb micro sd card, but still WAY too expensive for little old me
So no actual good deals on any of the more popular games.
Nothing to see here... move along people
I want to see the big Switch games for less than 20£.
I see Zelda and Mario cheapest £32, it's annoying they keep these price tags!!
Wow those sd cards are cheap!
Am I the only one tempted by the sale price of the 1tb card. They started at £300/£400. The cost is dropping faster than I thought it would.
You can find most of these cheaper than Amazon elsewhere on the web plus you wouldn’t have to buy them from a horrible company like Amazon.
@meeto_1
Same here, eventho its still killing my wallet 🤣
I do need an upgrade from my 250 gig one...
See this over my head? It's whelm.
@eltomo that is actually pretty cheap already, Nintendo their own games don't drop much in price that often, unless the game is not popular enough.
Be happy, the games you mentioned never drop under €48 in my country, and importing them isn't much cheaper due to shipping cost (people often forget that when talking about import)
This list seems to be missing some 1st party game price drops. For example Amazon UK has:
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Pokémon Sword and
Luigi's mansion 3 at £34.99 each
Oooof that 1TB card is stil way too expensive
What a load of garbage!
The UK game deals are terrible. I'm sure there was a good UK deal on a 512GB Micro SD that isn't listed here though.
@BionicDodo At least you have deals. Only thing listed here for US that grabbed my attention was the $200 512GB mSD card for $80.
So no US deals on consoles I see. Guess the Switch really is impossible to get here. Just have to hope mine doesn't break.
I'm still sad that I got Mario Rabbids for full price, even tho now it's like 20$ (---﹏---)
Suppose it's as good a time as any to shop for a new New 3DS XL charging cable.
Edit: Nevermind. All they had on sale were a pair of outlet chargers. I'm a USB guy.
Who the heck is going to have 1TB of games on their Switch? Even across all my PC games it’s less than 100GB, and that’s because Skyrim and the Dark Souls trilogy are larger. Everything else is smol.
@TG16_IS_BAE
<<<<<<<<< This guy right here. I filled up an entire 128GB card on my 3DS. Filling up the Switch to 1TB would be a lot easier: not only are game sizes much larger in comparison, but Switch games are far more likely to have things like giant mandatory patches to fix developer's inadequacy and DLC, to say nothing of all of the digital-only ports and even larger selection of indy titles. Oh, and the sales.
I went crazy buying digital on Wii U and especially 3DS, but I've actually gone back to buying most retail games on cart for Switch to stave off spending so much on memory. Switching SD cards on Switch is easy but annoying, but what the hell was Nintendo thinking when it designed the N3DS?
@jump not to make this a pissing contest, but most companies are pretty horrible. Amazon is just moreso.
Best US deal I found yesterday - with TWO caveats -
IF you have Prime
AND more importantly, this is the tough one
If you have an Amazon Visa card -
you get 25% back on your credit card on Switch eShop digital codes.
Again, it's a limited deal, but if you have Prime and a CC 25% off is hard to beat. I bought the $70 card, will buy HW:AOC basically for $15 off.

Nothing on here for me unfortunately, but thanks for the heads up Nintendolife!
Thats a low price for a 1 tb micro sd card. Well, compared to its normal price.
@ToadBrigade really? So i can get fe3h for $40?
Wow... all I have to say is that I hope Walmart/Target/whatever company is doing the same thing as Amazon has better deals!
40 for Splatoon 2 is still too much. It seems like it's mostly an online game and at this point in its life I worry the crowd for it could drop off. Maybe that's me being paranoid but I feel like i missed the boat on that game.
Wow, no sale on Switch Pro Controllers in US. Weird. (I looked, and they aren't on sale)
@WoomyNNYes game stop and amazon have power a/third party controllers for 15-25 dollars.
Memory cards are the deal. Nothing else is.
I’ll wait till Black Friday and November with other retailers.
Amazon days usually mean they make their own products cheaper and a few other things. That’s it.
Games usually get nothing.
People hating on the deals but here in Australia Animal Crossing went to $49AUD on a flash sale, same with Super Smash Bros.
Definitely not just dead games, at least over here.
Just saw that 128GB card and 1 year of Family NO for $39.99, now that's a bargain. Basically a 125GB card for $5.
https://smile.amazon.com/SanDisk-MicroSDXC-Memory-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B08BT4MTZS?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pd_rd_w=lJAvC&pf_rd_p=a79be9d9-d531-4946-9219-f52947d99f4b&pf_rd_r=Z8ZQH98V22WC658SQ9PG&pd_rd_r=308660a7-1168-441b-9cf2-079a992d598b&pd_rd_wg=hxE1l
If I hadn't just bought Family NO this summer I'd get it.
Trying to figure out the difference between a 256 Sandisk for $41 and Samsung for $28. I have a 128 Samsung in there now. Which I took out while the Switch was asleep to check and it was NOT happy. I never can figure out how to turn the Switch OFF off.
Finally, deals for the unfortunate with garbage politicians that can barely stop gun violence and racism (Americans).
Sorry, got a little political there. Maybe I should quiet down and let the article speak. Unlike the debate...
@ToadBrigade If they would just make it 20 and part of a Nintendo selects it would bring enough new people in that I feel like it would keep living on for a while now and probably get levels back close to when it launched. But alas...
Rayman Legends for 12£ is ridiculous. Anyone who's still waiting on it really needs to give it a shot.
None of the sales are grabbing me. Hopefully see a couple better sales going into Black Friday , there are a couple WiiU ports I wouldn’t mind double dipping on if they drop to $30. Astral Chain and Witcher 3 are still on my buy list as well
@doctorhino there will be a new Splatfest in January and Idk if we're going to get a new entry for a while. It's also ridiculously easy to find online matches for every online mode.
In other news, I did get a new pair of Merrell shoes for thirty quid, and a wholesale pack of Scampi Fries too.
@jump Amen, anybody buying from these scumbags, they avoid Tax in every area they trade and destroy local shops and wholesalers who adhere to the rules and pay taxes that fund hospitals, schools etc.
@TG16_IS_BAE I'm fast approaching 500gb.
So I just bought the 1tb card. I'm planning on getting a good 5 more years out of my Switch, if not more, so I'm going to need the space.
@Sszx09 Astral Chain is awesome. Can’t recommend it enough.
The 25% back on Eshop credit if you have the credit card is a pretty good deal, especially if you have your eye on digital only games. There’s also a $10 credit if you buy $40 of Amazon gift cards. Stack those together and you could get a $50 eshop card effectively for $28. Use that on something discounted from full price and that’s a great deal. Kind of surprised by the negativity here.
I picked up a physical copy of Fire Emblem for $40 with the prime member deal after doing the gift card thing. I’m treating that like a $30 purchase and calling it a win. Nintendo games are never that cheap.
@Chimera_Police quick correction, the 25% back is only if it’s charged to your card. But still.
Thanks for the article, very useful.
Doesn't a portable monitor for Switch seem kinda redundant?
@TG16_IS_BAE got 145 GB left on my 1TB. That will be gone by summer next year. Going to buy a second 1TB on Black Friday to prepare. And I’m about 52 percent physical now.
On topic: snagged two 1TB ssd for my xbox one and ps4.
The Starman SD Card is 42 pounds on sale? I picked up the Starman card from US Amazon for $25 this past summer, and there's not much difference between the pound and the USD. Weird.
@The__Goomba People usually use a portable monitor for Switch multiplayer when there's no TV available or there's no room to pack a dock.
@Ryu_Niiyama That’s a lot of games, yikes.
@burninmylight I guess I just don’t have that kind of time on my hands, to devote myself to 1TB of games.
Doesn't seem all that great for the U.S. unless I'm missing something
That 128 GB card looks like a great deal, but for 3DS? It seems like getting the non-extreme variants would give you the same performance so I'm not sure.
I currently use a 32 GB one and have been wanting more space to fit in music and not have to worry about keeping older games installed.
Fire Emblem is MINE!
@doctorhino @IronMan30 There is also going to be a Halloween splatfest this month.
The single player campaign is Splatoon is quite fun as well and fairly substantial. Buy the octo expansion and the single player content is meaty. Fun game, highly recommend, even now
@BadlyDrawnDedede google said fe3h is normally $55 instead of $60
@TG16_IS_BAE I don't either, I just stupidly keep buying them, thinking that one day I'll get to them.
