I watch him every week. His general dislike of the Wii is amusing; his slagging off of everything held sacred is moreso. My favourite, which I have rewatched many times and one of the few that actually does make me Laugh Out Loud, is the excellent Halo Wars one -- the final payoff is outstanding.

@Sean: One of my favorite moments in ZP history:

I agree with the review, The Conduit was bland and overall I feel it wasn't worth the 50€. That you can aim up and down if you find the right setting and change it is pretty hard to figure out. Aiming too far was never an issue for me though, maybe because I keep my bounding boxes near zero so I don't have to go that far to turn. I don't think he tweaked the controls and given how many sliders and options the game vomits at you it's not surprising.

He also liked Painkiller, Saints Row 2 and HAWX. I tried the demo for the latter because of ZP and later bought the full game. It's indeed awesome. SR2 is on my to-buy list but I held off when it was new because I bought SR1 about a week or two before SR2 came out (paid only a tenner so no regret there).

@KDR: Forgot about those. It's so hard to remember what he likes when he trashes them for 5 minutes only the way he can, then at the end he's like "Oh, it's a good game."

I'll have to play with the dead zone in The Conduit more and see if I can increase the look-up factor.

See? The Conduit offers something for everyone. Those that like the game get to enjoy it, and those that don't get the ZP vid! For my part, I like 'em both.

But you can definitely increase the vertical look-up/down angles. That was like the first change I made in the controls.

I never liked FPS games, so I may not try this one. But I think that ZP's video is funny.

considering he hates the Wii, i know he's going to hate on this game, i love it.. but yeah i never take his reviews seriously, he hates everything.. but i do find them entertaining

He has a job because of the generally hateful way he reviews...it's his gimmick, and sometimes he's funny.

Meh, me must suck at aiming.
