Topic: Mii wantii wii miiverse communitii

I just finished playing a number of games of Mario Kart Wii online, on my Wii U. It's still a blast! I'm really pleased that the backwards compatibility extends to online games, as well.

Ennyhoo, there's gotta be tons of folks still enjoying their Wii games, why no Wii Miiverse community? I mean just one general place for games, VC, and Wiiware. I imagine you wouldn't be able to post screenies, technically, but it would still be a nice addition.

They could make a community, but keep in mind that Wii U functions will not work with Wii games.

Probably because the Wii emulator works differently. Once you enter Wii-mode you cancel out all kind of WiiU functionality.

Well they've made other general communities but personally I don't see the point. If they were to do that then they'd be creating DS, Gamecube, GBA, Gameboy, N64, SNES and NES communities at the same time. I don't see that happening.
