Topic: Gear Club Unlimited 2 - a big question about upgrades

hi.
for anyone who played with this game,
it's nice (although it takes a long time to load screens) but i can't seem up be able to upgrade my performance workshops.
i have a lot of money but the option to upgrade each shop just doesn't exist.
some shops are level 1, some are level 2 or 3.
it's bugging me, as i can't move forward with a car that doesn't meet the minimum PI.

Yeah, I’m facing the same thing and cannot find any guidance.
