From the ones listed I'd say La~Mulana 1&2 Hidden Treasures Collection
This is the hardest, biggest, and best. Great world design and fantastic soundtrack. Some hardcore puzzles, and some hilarious instant death traps. When in doubt upon entering a suspicious room go back (teleport) and save. It's a crypt that wants you to die.
But it's a metroidvania placed in ancient ruins. Lots of caves, tons of treasures and useful and unique items/upgrades, but no digging (apart from the occasional breakable wall) like in SteamWorld Dig and Spelunky.
One of my favourite cave digging games is the hidden gem Agartha-S, a physics-based cave digger that incorporates elements of the Game of Life. Every pixel is interactive, no single level is static.
Goal is to unlock all parts of the map by finding all exits and unlocking all characters (that have different abilities). This is arcade-like, as you select unlocked sections on a map screen.
Also, Spelunker HD Deluxe and Spelunker Party! are two remakes of popular retro/arcade cave exploration platformers.
Minecraft and Dragon Quest Builders 1&2 obviously have huge cave dwelling parts as well.
Also, check out UnEpic. A lighthearted but deep action RPG / metroidvania with tons of caves to explore and candles to light.
