I know Beetlejuice came out on the original NES & original GameBoy. I still have the GameBoy version I still occasionally play on my red GBA SP. I was just curious since there seems to be some remakes on the Nintendo Switch. Does anyone know if Beetlejuice will be a remake for nintendo switch at some point? Die hard Beetlejuice fan. Got Beetlejuice juice backpack, 6 copies of Beetlejuice (movie) on dvd. My first couple of Beetlejuice (movie) dvd's started skipping so badly to the point I had to replace them~ 🤣 They skipped them stopped playing in the middle of the movie... 🤦♀️🤣 I also have the complete cartoon series of Beetlejuice on dvd & some of the very hard to find beetlejuice book's by BJ Specter: 1 Beetlejuice For President, 2 Beetlejuice: Lydia's Scream Date, 4 Beetlejuice Twisted Tours. I would get the other books in the series but can't find them online or at book stores... 🤦♀️ My curiousity had the better of me to want to ask. Thanks anyway for taking the time to read this in advance~ ✌️
@Barbiegurl777 Hi there. I looked it up for you, and the closest thing I've found was a Beetlejuice themed fun pack for the game Lego Dimensions. Though, I don't think it's on Switch, unfortunately. It is on Wii U though, if you still have one. As for a remake, I'm guessing you're talking about a remake of the NES/Game Boy games? I can't say for sure if that will happen... maybe if there will be a Beetlejuice reboot or something, but I'm not too familiar with that franchise. I think I saw like one episode of the cartoon years and years ago, and we did happen to have the NES game at one point, but that's about it. I wish I could help more.

I don't think any developer or publisher have an idea to revive that franchise at the moment.
Maybe Microids or GameMill as the publisher if they want.
Also, you don't need to explain too much about the franchise you are talking about as you can ask with very brief question.

I'm not a fan of that franchise, even there will be a new game in the future, I will not buy that game.
I still have dislikeness with something creepy like Adam's family, Beetlejuice, Nightmare before Christmas, Alice in Wonderland by Tim Burton, etc.
Yeah I still have my wii u but don't play it as much as I'd like to. Enjoying the heck out of my Nintendo Switch~ 🤣 Plus I love how the loading time is so much faster on the Nintendo Switch vs the wii u. I like how both game systems have nice graphics though~ 🤷♀️ I loved the cartoon series. Every chance I got I watched it religiously on cartoon network from the early 90's to late 90's. Surprisingly I don't think to many people in my generation really knew of the cartoon series because when I brought it up in school to friends they admitted they didn't even know there was a cartoon series & asked me questions about it since I watched it on a regular basis. Yeah I was talking about the nes / gameboy games as for reboot. They made a remake of Harvest Moon a wonderful life from gamecube, & ps2 version for the Nintendo switch calling it story of seasons a wonderful life. If they can remake that game they can remake any game. I'd personally love to see the older rugrats games have remakes on the Nintendo Switch as well~ 🤷♀️✌️
True. Thought they might with October coming in a few month's right around Halloween personally~ 🤷♀️✌️ Were total opposites. I love Tim Burton films seen all of them~ 😎💖🔥🤙 I also loved watching:
The Addams Family - Saw the tv series both 1950's version & cartoon version in the 1990's. Also saw all of the Addams Families movies both 1990's version with people & newer Addams family movies in cartoon version~ 🖤 I prefer the people version personally~ 🤷♀️
Nightmare Before Christmas - That's a classic movie~ 👌
I take it you never watched: The Munsters either~ 🤷♀️🤣 I don't consider those creepy just different besides Beetlejuice was one of the first movies I saw when I was 2 in 1989~ 😎 My parents aren't into these types of movies / TV show's (creepy) either~ 🤷♀️ Alice In Wonderland I wasn't super into either. I don't like or hate it just in between on it.

I'm looking forward to seeing Beetlejuice 2. Some of the original cast is dead though. Hopefully Michael Keaton will still play as Beetlejuice. I miss Winona Ryder I heard she supposedly killed herself a while back. I hope that's false because she's one of my favorite actresses of all time & have seen every movie she's acted in... 💖

You need to understand Nintendo is not remaking 3rd party games.
The 3rd party developers did.
Just because A Wonderful Life get remake on Switch, it doesn't mean Beetlejuice will get the same chance too.
Nintendo didn't remake A Wonderful Life, Marvelous did.
Tough luck if there is any developer who want to reboot the old franchises.
@Barbiegurl777 Lol, same here, I haven't been playing my Wii U too much either. At least for the past few months. The last time I played it, I was playing one of the games I got from the Wii U eShop before it got shut down. (Rest in peace, 3DS and Wii U eShops...) I've also been playing my Switch more often, but I sometimes find myself playing my 3DS, too.
That's cool. I was very young in the 90s (I was born in 1992), and my childhood pretty much consisted of Nintendo games, and Disney films that we've had on VHS. I wasn't much of a TV guy myself, but I did also watch some Cartoon Network shows when I was young.
I did see that they remade that Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons game, that's cool. Though, those Beetlejuice games you mentioned were from a different developer/publisher. They were published by LJN, and - fun fact - they were developed by Rare.

I already understood it's the 3rd party developers releasing certain games. Beetlejuice "could" be on the Nintendo Switch later. It's alway's a possibility~ 🤷♀️
Uhh. Awesome~ 🤙 My younger cousin is close to you in age she was born in 1991. 4 year difference between me & her in age. Best friends for a long time. Yeah I get it with the Nintendo games. My dad got me the original NES when I was 2 in hopes it would help me educational wise. We did manage to find some educational games for it: Sesame Street 123 & ABC. I also had Duck Hunt with the orange guns by the time I was 6 we got the super nintendo (snes) then later the n64 & all of the rest of nintendo's handhelds. I didn't know the GameCube even existed when it first came out so completely by passed it with out trying lol then later back tracked with my original wii & learned it could play gamecube games from a friend. I get with VHS tapes too. We had alot of VHS tapes. I still have my original VHS tape of Who Framed Roger Rabbit. I playedit over & over & over again. That tape got a workout~ 🤣 I watched more Nickelodeon & cartoon network in the 90's. Didn't really watch Disney at all in the 90's except for Goof Troop, Ducktales, & Winnie The Pooh mainly because they were my favorite to watch the rest of there shows I could care less even then as a kid. I did enjoy there movies in the 90's though. Not sure what's going on with Disney in the current time era now... I don't support Disney now. I did watch every once in a great while on Disney back then the cartoon the little Mermaid when nothing else was on~ 🤷♀️🤣 One of my friends in school back then asked me if I got anything out of watching it. I said yeah it made me hungry for fish but the cartoon itself was to stupid to take seriously. I know who published Beetlejuice hoping it some how makes it onto the Nintendo Switch doesn't matter if a 3rd party developer releases it or 1st party (Nintendo) which I highly doubt a 1st party would. I have a couple of game boy games published by rare~ 🤷♀️✌️
