Yeah, those two games did receive a Switch 2 update, as well as Super Mario 3D All-Stars. But AFAIK the updates for these three games were merely for smoother backwards compability. I don't think they got any kind of resolution or performance upgrade, or at least I couldn't see anything like that when I tried them on the Switch 2.
