The Triforce is real and it is connected to ancient Judaism. We all know about the Triforce being on the "E" on the dollar bill if you look at it sideways:
Also, if you take the Triforce and enlarge the middle triangle, you eventually get...the Star of David.
I can only assume that because the government has the Triforce on the dollar, they are in posession of one of the Triforce pieces.
I'm currently observing "The Last Supper" painting, in hope that it might lead to some clues, as it has been known to be a hotspot for conspiracy theories.

The Hojo clan crest symbolises three dragon scales. I'm guessing the scales are from Eldin, Faron and Lanayru
