As a massive fan of Studio Ghibli films (My Neighbour Totoro, Princess Mononoke, Laputa Castle In The Sky, Grave Of The Fireflies, Spirited Away etc) I am really excited by the prospect of their new game Ni no Kuni: The Another World. Normally movie tie-in games are lazy rubbish but judging by the quality of Professor Layton I think that Level 5 will produce a great game. I know it's only set for release in Japan but as Ghibli & Level 5 have a big profile in the West I hope it gets localised. I don't even really like role playing games but that doesn't put me off. The game has been delayed, apparently because it is currently too big for the ds. Maybe they should just release it as a dsi exclusive (ahem)!
"Grave Of The Fireflies" Huh, I've never heard of that one...BTW, did anyone see Ponyo? If so, I am jealous because theatres around me are morons and didn't play it(even though it got a full release!)! If they somehow do the same with 9, I swear, I am knocking the building over.
Anyways, this DOES look awesome, and Level 5 have made a lot more great games than Professor Layton. They haven't made a bad game yet, they just hardly ever seem to make something truly new and just take the best ideas in whatever genre and settle for a all around good game. Maybe this time they will go all out and make something not just good, but amazing!

@Popyman - Grave Of The Fireflies is astounding but very sad. It was released in Japan as a double feature with Totoro. If you ever see it then you will understand what a messed up pairing that was! Ponyo still isn't out in the UK, 2 years after it was the no1 film in Japan. It had better be out soon as I don't think they can release it on dvd in Japan until it has hit cinemas in Europe as well as the US.
