The GBA SP may have the biggest screen, but the picture quality is horrible. The DS Lite has the best colour for the games, while the Micro's small screen actually makes everything look better. I only keep my SP in the odd case I want to play a GB game, which isnt happening, since the batteries will likely have died in all of them by now.
I wouldnt pay for a DSi for a long time; I have one due to a reward for a month of stripping wallpaper off houses, and it quickly became discarded and forgotten, after the interesting DS games ran dry. I havent touched the 1000 points yet, and I probably wont.
Why are we buying into this DSiWare crap. For mighty flip champs and mario vs dk 3? Which is already old news... For loosing our right to share our games with others? Looseing a gba slot? Gaining a SD slot to serve as a photo and mp3 player? or rather ACC..? Less battery life? This really sucks.. I bought mine with high expectations but am very dissappointed with it.. And, cant sell it. right? My 3000 point credit is just sitting there waiting for the most amazing game ever, which aint happening anytime soon. do i sell it for 130 $ and how do i get back my 3000 credit? its all jacked up..
This guy summed it up and with better spelling. But seriously, just because you don't like something doesn't mean you get to call out 'BOYCOTT!' and think everyone is going to agree. This point has already been made but DSi Cartridge exclusives are coming out next fall. Besides I'm sure if you'll all remember there was a fair number of people whinging when the original DS came out that 'THEY COULDNT USE THERE ORIGINEL GAEM BOY GAMES IN TI!!!!1!!!' without using their noodle and keeping a Game Boy Advance. Secondly if it weren't for the SD Card slot the camera function would be useless due to not being able to put the pictures onto the computer. Thirdly 'sharing our games' was never allowed in the first place. 'HOW DAER THEY NOT LET US DO WAT WE WERENT ALOWED TO DO!!!1!!!' The only legitimate reason I have heard of people hating the DSi because of it's features is A) people who still want to play Guitar Hero:On Tour or use accessories that used slot 2 and B) People who want to import pokemon from older versions into Diamond, Pearl and Platinum or do similar things.

I meant no exclusives carts right now, I heard about them coming out eventually my point is there aren't any now, no need to take it personally by saying I'm not currently interested in the DSI right now, I was simply stating it has no games I'm interested in, it was not a personal attack on all DSI owners so get a grip.
Well the DSi is a joke it's only a DS with a couple features strapped on till Nintendo releases the Successor which will have a new custom Dual CPU chip which where they spend there Hundreds & thoundsands on not on a stupid stopgap like the DSi. That's why I never get a DSi instead I shall be replacing my worn out lite with a shiny new black lite.
Never mind DSiWare, I don't even know where my DSi is, I play more games on ma phone these days. DSi games that's what we need, I have next to no interest in any of the stuff you can download and would rather spend my points on Wii stuff. Give me a DSi game please, that's why I bought the damn thing!!!!
Dsi is not perfect nor bad. Dsi ware is just at the beginning and has a long way to go. For instance bomberman bllitz is coming, flight control. Some games are bad (Exceedingly bad) but others are quite good. I do agree that we need some actual retail games soley for the dsi. It will get better (I hope so)

DSI was released too early, there is very little on it and they should have had at least 1 DSI exclusive cart on its release, I mean most machines are released with around 10 games, and DSIware has been seriously lacking in variety, that is slowly changing but the fact remains that the DSI has had a poor start, at least that's how I view it.

Nothing personal, I just didn't know what you meant, but there really wasn't any need for exclusive carts yet in the first place, people are still buying DSi's, and Nintendo's line of upcoming normal DS games is great.

these two basically summed up my entire thought process on this matter...
A) Cheezy's right, MvsDK and MFC are just scratching the surface of DSiWare. There's Asphalt, Flipnote, Pop+, Art Style precipice, Art Style PiCTOBiTS...and those are just the greats that I own. B) 1,000 of your points were free from Nintendo; are you seriously asking for a refund on those? And when you bought those 2,000 points it was clearly stated they had no redeemable cash value. C) We never had the right to share our games with others (in that sense, anyway). D) There is use, albeit small use, for SD Cards currently, as some of us actually use our DSis to take pictures and transfer them to our computer, listen to music, and save Flipnotes. E) You're acting like you had no idea you were losing SLOT 2 and some battery life when you bought your new machine. I'm sick and tired of all of these whiny arguments. P.S. Shantae: Risky's Revenge might just turn out to be 'the most amazing game ever.'
You said it all!!! I agree 1 million percent with everything u said... There are some great DSiWare games, its just that the ppl who don't like any of them (a very small number I assure you) are among the loudest people we have on these boards. LOL. Which I don't understand... If you don't like dsiware or your dsi, then sell it and get out of here.

Yeah, I've only bought MvDK:MMA, and the only other game that seems worthy is Might Flip Champs. I really don't mind if there aren't a lot of great titles at the moment, because I have a lot of cartridge games to catch up on. Plus, the DS memory is pretty limited, I don't wanna stock it up with crap.

Well, it took me only one second to realize that DSiWare was crap. So the only point to get the DSi is two 0.3 megapixel cameras... €160,- .... No, absolutely not!
I love my DSi, but I don't love the DSiware. I have Pop x BOXLIFE = FAILure to entertain. :C What I do love though is the Opera Browser and Flipnote.
Get some other Art Style games if you like puzzles. If yo like platformers, get mighty flip champs or Oscar in Toyland, both great games!! Asphalt 4 was cool too...

Don't forget the DSi is only a stopgap not the DS successor.
I'm not boycotting it. I just can't afford it right now for what it is. When they start releasing old handheld titles on the DSiWare then I'll start to consider it.

The call for boycott is a bit silly. Just don't buy games that don't interest you. If none of them interest you, perhaps you should reconsider why you own a DSi.
