Start the Pokémon game a few more times. You will get up to three Pokémon every day. Kinda stupid you have to start the game multiple times to get all three. But thats the way it is.
That could be the key on why many of us have skipped past SpotPass notifications for other software (mainly SSFIV3DE)

I've only started it once when I got it, and once more yesterday. I have a total of 17 ... so 3 more than when I first looked.

I just opened the Pokedex for the third time ever and I have 24 Pokemon, and I thought we started with 16, so because I selected to get updates from Nintendo by SpotPass is it just automatically giving me the Pokemon without giving me SpotPass notifications each time? It did give me a SpotPass notification for the first extra Pokemon I got but nothing since.
I just recently got Nintendogs, but I haven't received any SpotPass notifications for that even though I set it up for SpotPass.

Just got my 2nd SpotPass pkmn for Pokédex 3D, this time there wasnt even a blue dot, I noticed only after opening the app. Looks like we will be needing to boot the app often to know if we got content, as there is no other constant indicator of this.
Now my spotpass is working properly. On June 6th in the morning, as soon as I turned my 3DS on, it got a notification instantly. No spotpass notifications from Capcom though. Oh well.
For those that think the DoA costume data is already on the Cart and they are just sending codes to unlock them they should see the size of the data file. It gets bigger with every new outfit and now its over 100 blocks of data which is pretty much bigger than most DSiware games. Im hoping they will bring out some seasonal outfits like Bass as Santa. lol
