It doesn't change their nature. Why do people keep saying it changes their nature. Their nature will not change only their states. If your pokemon is a bold but you want modest, you're better off breeding. Because you'll end up having to grind just to change their stats not nature. Your pokemon will forever be whatever nature they are no matter how many mints you give them.
