I am an active player, but I live in Arizona and it is already too hot to go outside in the afternoon. I have to play in the morning or after the sun goes down. Limiting community day time to the hottest part of the afternoon, which will be 90s in April and 100s-110s in May/June/July/August/September, is just ridiculous. Everyone slow trolls park parking lots in their air conditioned cars and we don't talk to each other.
