I always try to treat the brawl as "if I was at the store and saw these all on the shelf, which would be the one that would grab my attention and have me take it home?". As much as the Japanese version catches the eye more, I feel the NA/PAL version shows more of what to expect if you've never played a WarioWare game before, even if it is just the characters forming a circle.
Welp, as someone who works in healthcare, that's a disappointment. It's unfortunate the story wasn't able to be compelling since, if you ask me, that should've been the easiest thing to nail down with this setting, especially if you're aiming for a more serious storyline. Lots of hardships, lots of miracles, the best of our kind, and the worst our kind has to offer, sometimes all experienced in the span of an hour!
