@cherryghost41 If you can borrow someone's Wii U, you could rip any disc to SD Card, without even needing to mod the Wii U! (A program called "dumpling" runs then exits without modding the Wii U.) Then you can use that in an emulator like Cemu - put that on Steam Deck, and there you go!
Of course, you'd also have to secure a physical copy of Wind Waker HD, as I'm not sure you can still buy it through the e-shop. Physical copies can be quite expensive. I was able to dump my digital copy, which is how I got it on my Steam Deck.
Wind Waker HD really is a masterpiece remaster done right.
