LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga has just launched for the Switch and by all indications, it's looking to be a cracker of a LEGO game. We gave the game a 9/10 in our own review, calling it a "fantastic experience on Switch" and "a great big celebration of everything Star Wars".

If you're still on the fence about the game, then the good news is it looks like a demo may well be on the way. A quick search of the game on the UK eShop brings up the words 'Demo Available' under the game's summary, though clicking into the product page itself brings up no option at the time of writing.
It could well be a mistake at this stage, but hopefully it could be a sign that a demo will be announced any day now. We'll be sure to update you if one is on the way.

I just wanted my CE from GAME, but no, they didnt have enough stock so cancelled it without warning.
Looks like the Lego Harry Potter games have a hefty discount on Amazon.co.uk at the moment, I wonder why...
I don’t really want it but if there is a demo I will play it and if it’s really good I will get it

Good. Can't decide between Switch or Series X
@Duncanballs I'm currently playing on PS4 (base model) and it's still absolutely beautiful but I'm noticing a few frame rate dips and tiny amounts of slow down particularly in cutscenes. It's a nitpick for sure. If you've got the option I'd definitely pick a next gen console like Series X over Switch.
Already have the game on PS5, but would like to check out the demo to see the differences visually.
I was deliberating between the 2 consoles, but ultimately ended up with the PS5 version as I was concerned Switch would be pared back quite heavily (I have Lego City Undercover and Marvel Super Heroes 2 on Switch which can be hit n miss at times)... but, doesn't seem to entirely be the case for Skywalker Saga and a decent port... but still happy to play on next gen, despite missing out on handheld play.
I was wondering what was going on with this, saw it a few days ago and was confused when there was no demo on the eshop. I hope they do release a demo, I've already bought it but demos are always a good thing

I just want lego city 2: train edition
This game is getting to a banner start. AMAZON is cancelling orders and preorders for the much wanted "deluxe" edition due to the fact that they did not recieve ANY from the manufacturer. I just had my order cancelled on me and it was supposed to be delivered today.

not sure i like demos, i played the kirby one and didn't like the game whatsoever. Seemed confined and boring. I ended up buying kirby bc i was sick and it got GREAT reviews and played the whole thing through and loved it!!! Not sure if it's confirmation bias but demos seem small to me and I love being wow'd by the full scope of a game.
@ImagineerNik Trouble is , it is for me and my son. He'll want it portable on the Switch and I'll want it on the big screen looking shiny on the Xbox.
I think I will get it on Switch and hope it comes to Gamepass at some point.
Got the DLX and returned my other standard but kept the SteelCase.
