Remember QubicGames' wonderful Christmas 2019 event, when the publisher gave away ten of its games to anyone who owned any of its titles? Well, this year the studio's back, and it's brought some friends along for the ride.
In a slightly different setup, this year's event sees eShop titles from QubicGames, Untold Tales, All In! Games, Tate Multimedia and Naptime.games all discounted for a limited time. The celebration's called 'Qubic&Friends Winter Fest' and it runs from today, 1st December, right through until 31st December.
More than 30 games are discounted in total, including the likes of Real Boxing 2, Golf Club: Wasteland, The Bit.Trip series, The Hong Kong Massacre, Paradise Lost, Tools Up! and more. Discounts go up to as much as 90% off on certain titles, and just like 2019's event, all of the best deals are unlocked when you own or purchase one of Qubic's own games.
Full details on how the event works can be found on the official site – there, you'll also spot giveaways that are offering up more than 50 prizes in total, including 15 Nintendo Switch OLEDs.
Make sure to let us know if you decide to take part in the sale or the contests with a comment below – and if you do enter, good luck!

How do you say no to Bit.Trip Runner for $1.49?
I own all ten of the "selected titles", so it's only a matter of going through the lineup on eShop (Deku obviously won't show personal discounts), making the usual list and figuring out what I can get in from which payday (the holiday one will certainly have more room, but there will also be bigger fish competing for it in the holiday sale). I'm certainly hoping to grab one or two at least!
Robonauts, One Strike, and Not Not are probably the only qubic games I’ve got that I’ve ever gone back to more than once.
Bit.Trip Runner and sequels are all amazing.
I have a bunch of the Qubic games already from when they did the Have this game, get the next one free a couple of holidays ago. I'll definitely look into this.
Applied to get the OLED and hope to get one....Bought from Red Art
Dex
Red Wings
But need to get it finished or not half way yet.
Blazing Beaks and Mana Spark are both pretty solid little Roguelites.
@Bombdotorg999 Yeah, especially Mana Spark.
Some of those games are really good, but Dex is a highlight here. A really really really good one!
Tools Up is like Overcooked but with home renovation.
Wait. Why is runner2 not on the Switch?
@Burning_Spear No
@Burning_Spear It's not really listed anywhere but once you purchase one of the bit.trip games, the other games in the series get discounted. This is why I keep telling people you can't count on Deku Deals alone. The eShop APIs still the place to go for the best discounts on digital only games.
@Burning_Spear "bit trip saga". It's no "no" though.
The Hong Kong Massacre is a GREAT game. One hit kills John Woo Hong Kong shootouts from beginning to end, top down Stranglehold's best moments minus the dull ones. I also see Doorkickers on the list, If you want old school Rainbow Six planning combined with GBA Rogue Spear vibes, this is a fantastic game.
Any opinions here on Paradise Lost? It does seem interesting.
