New winter clothing for both Isabelle and Tom Nook is arriving on the store's website tomorrow at 4pm UK time. As you can see in the promotional image below, the new bundles will include a winter outfit and either music or phrases.
At the time of writing, both original models are back in stock and available to buy – we're guessing tomorrow's new outfits will create a new surge of interest, so if you're only fussed about getting the original designs, you might want to grab them now while they're still there.

Went through the entire checkout process to send to my gf only to find out it's UK only... how can I get it in the US in ways that isn't ebay or amazon pre-made?

I also have plans to make Isabelle's Casual Blouse and New Leaf Outfits in the future. I don't see why we can't get the outfits separately. Bunch of Prudes, Nintendo is! Not at all like Rare!
@Thoughts What about Yoshi and Bowser? I even had an idea of getting red fabric to make Bowser a Red Necktie (to reference his appearance with Doug Bowser) and Yoshi his old Dino-Riders Jacket from "Born to Ride!"
@Thoughts They could have put undergarments on them. Doesn't that happen with the more cartoony build-a-bears already? I really can only see this as scummy or lazy.
@YoshiAngemon Maybe it was a decition by Nintendo or from Build-A-Bear themselves. But if you are good in handcrafting, I'm sure you can do some mods for it.
@Ulanda https://www.deviantart.com/yoshiangemon/art/The-Wrong-Bowser-For-the-Direct-879218415 Well, I don't have sewing knowledge, but I used Heat-N-Bond and Velcro to make a clip-on tie for my Build-A-Bear Bowser. It was the 2019 Nintendo Direct that inspired me to do that.
