Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival is with us soon, and while it might not be generating the same interest as a "proper" Animal Crossing outing, the introduction of several new amiibo figures is helping to build the hype - and over in Japan, they're whipping fans into a frenzy with free tat.
Japanese consumers who buy Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival with two amiibo - or a single figure with a pack of amiibo cards - will get a free limited edition diorama to stand the figures on.
It looks pretty basic, but thoroughly charming all the same - we'd be happy to have this on our desk at work, put it that way. Sadly, it doesn't look like it's going to make the leap over to the west.

So, you have to pay $1 for 5 drops of the digital crane to get digital badges, but this they give away for free? Nintendo logic.
@RupeeClock I spelled it right just for you
Meh.
@rjejr
Free game, a couple free plays now and then, but you can pay for extra plays.
On subject though, this display is pretty nice, not that I need a cardboard cutout to accessory the figurines.
This would've been a Club Nintendo thing.
Aww! This is so sweet. I want one, even though I really have nowhere suitable to display it.
Very cute. But its not as if people can't make dioramas/shadow boxes of their own if they wanted to. That'd be a really fun project.
Well at least it's not something like a soundtrack cd, then I really would be jealous.
Still cute though.
