Ultimate NES Remix is £35. Are NOE crazy? NES Remix 1 and 2 cost £18 total on the Wii U eShop. In North America Ultimate NES Remix is $30 and the NES Remix 1+2 disc version is also $30.
Megaman 7 is finally here! I was starting to think we weren't getting it!
Mega Man X3 & 7 finally! I'd get the Swapper later on sale at 10€ max. Stealth Inc 2 for me this week along with MM7X3.
I Love My Horse? Why am I reminded of a certain Father Ted song? XD
Also yay MegaMan.
£35?!?!
Nothing for me this week, Advance Warfare is out today for PS4 so ill likley pick it up for multiplayer weekends. Still trying to get through Stealth Inc 2 and unlock everything for Bayo2 anyway.
I can't believe NES Remix is actually 40 EUR...
NoE's pricing has been getting more and more ridiculous all year. We're now regularly seeing a higher number after the £ than the $ which should never be happening.
I'll be downloading Megaman 7.
One of the many discounts? What....this week, or next week? I'm not seeing MANY discounts, just a couple and they are not that great.
The Swapper for 15 Euros !?!?! Great game, but that price is ridiculous! It came out like....18 months ago and can be picked up for peanuts on Steam or in a Humble Bundle.
I'll be buying Mega Man 7.
Ultimate NES Remix is too steep for something that is a collection of games already on Wii U
ROFL at the £35 price point for NES Remix Ultimate guarantee in 6 months will be £10-15 max.
40€ for NES Remix Ultimate, I hope they don't expect big sales !
Shovel Knight ?!?
Finallyyyyy, the mega man HAS COME BACK to the the virtual console.
MEGA MAN 7, will be getting downloaded the second it's available. Nice to see the 'portal' dependent games seeing an eshop release. Just want the new turtles games now please Activision
While I think that's it's very good that you can buy a digital version of Disney Infinity especially since young children tend to scratch CDs. I still find the price a bit expensive without the discount knowing that you still need to buy the physical version too.
I'll read about the controls in The Swapper before I decide but it's a great game on PC and I doubt they ruined it for the U. Also Flowerworks could be worth supporting. Still so busy with my backlog on X360 but we'll see.
Pretty much a "Oh, you want it cheaper and complete? BUY A WII U THEN!" treatment to 3DS owners then...
Why is disney infinty so cheap is it the full game ?
Disney Infinity 2.0 - isn't this a totally pointless download as you need the portal and figures to actually play the thing??
Well, that's underwhelming... maybe The Swapper, but I'll wait for a review.
I thought it was pier sol this week I'm sure that's what I read somewhere?
@JuanBlanco It may use the same portal as the first one, so you can just download this game without having to buy another portal
No Demon's Crest
The Swapper is an interesting game. It drove me a bit mad with it's fiendish puzzles at points but my PC version glitched at the crucial narrative finale which cheapened my opinion of the game considerably.
Ok Nintendo, ive defended lots of your decisions with rational logic, but that NES Remix deal is just borderline insane.
Selling less for more is plain and simple stupidity.
No MK8 DLC... But, But, its November already
The Swapper. Absolutely.
It's an amazing game and one I've seen it's development process since I met the developer Olli Harjola. He was 18 years old at the time, showed me the early art-style tests at Nordic Game Jam. Great guy too! =) We made a (shitty) game together in 48 hours
So it's great to see his game getting the recognition it deserves and expanding on more platforms
Would've bought Ultimate Nes Remix for at most £10 cheaper, but not at that price. Already got 1 & 2 on the Wii U. Need a revw fo the swapper. Think I'm ok with all the mega man incarnations i have tbh.
@SuperDan64 I'm starting to feel that way about Donkey Kong Country (out here in the West)
What a joke... Why don't they drop the prices of games people would actually buy? Every week is a let down lately. Steam prices make it impossible to want to buy half of the games that come out as it is.

@PuNkDrOpOuT I assume you are talking about "The Swapper". Right now it is on sale on steam due to a Halloween sale but regular for me, it is $16.99. So it is being sold for about the same price as what steam is.
Nothing for me this week!
Can we PLEASE get Mega Man 9/10 on the eShop????
Why is Ult. Nes remix at full price, N?
I hadn't been following Ulitmate NES Remix, I'd just assumed it was going to be eShop only, but full price retail? I'll pass.
@Starwolf_UK LOL! That's what happens when everybody declares "We only want physical!" Supply and demand baby! Demand increased for physical, so they raised the prices accordingly I'm sure this trend will continue until gamers come to accept digital... (This doesn't just apply to Nintendo)
I guess Tengami, Shovel Knight, Shantae and Oddworld will be released one day before Smash Bros and Pokemon Omega Ruby.
The 2 Megaman games, glad the VC releases have caught up with NA.
Football up online for me. And if I can find a cheap portal+figures, DI2.
@Grumblevolcano
I wouldn't really call it caught up, there are still games that either one has that the other doesn't.
Was rather looking forward to NES Remix on the go, but holy crap £35!
@Grumblevolcano There is still all those Castlevania games / Cybernator / Demon's Crest missing. (That is just the ones I personally want to get).
So many Mega Man games... In any case i will be getting The Swapper (if it's as good or better than on PC)
I'll grab Siesta Fiesta whilst it's on offer (I was actually going to pay full price for it anyway) and I'll definitely get Mega Man 7, X3 and The Swapper further down the line.
Ultimate NES Remix? Meh....I was initially tempted but I've got both of the Wii U versions already and less content and features + higher price = rip off. Should have been a £20 download at most, and no more than £24.99 for a physical copy.
On another note, still no GBA Castlevania games or Dracula X/Vampire's Kiss for EU?
@Platypus101 And by that same logic, when gamers 'accept' digital and demand increases, the prices for digital downloads will go even higher?
Yes, finally mega man 7 and X3, double download this week!
What a crap week! Not even any interesting eShop indies or GBA VCs. At least I have Stealth Inc 2, Costume Quest 2 and Un-Epic I got last week.
Guys, The Swapper is SO good. Don't ignore it.
I've got loads to play anyways. Oh and abyss isn't even worth 1 cent.
Dang, Megaman X3 and 7 was our leverage but now you guys got them. From the top of my head, North America- Donkey Kong Country Trilogy, GB Pokemon Card game, Super Mario Deluxe. Pal- Castlevania, but honestly who cares besides you old folk.. Castlevania doesn't compare to Nintendo's classics..
What about that leaked Shovel Knight release date? I'll hold out hope for a surprise date announcement
@gurtifus @lividd3ad
They already said November.
Seriously, everyone, buy The Swapper immediately.
Nothing this week, I've got COD and Bayonetta to keep me busy.
Nope, buying Mega Man 7 and X3.
I will buy football up online if it comes to west. They really should have put online mode in the first game.
@ToxieDogg well... Yes and no? (Sorry, tough answer) let's look at the sales currently on the Wii U, slim pickins ' right? Now I don't know much about the other two next gen systems, but look at Steam. There always seems to be sales (of course not on new releases, that would be silly) that many people I know enjoy. What I am seeing is a future where all games are "cloud-ed" (ugh, bad word) with limited edition physical runs and Steam-like deals on digital content. If they decide that limiting physical is not the way to go, then should digital pick up, I expect even less in terms of deals from digital. I hope that clarifies my view?
Siesta Fiesta is awesome get it!
Ah nuts, I just bought Siesta Fiesta pre-sale. Great game btw.
Siesta Fiest is way to go! I bought this game day one, and it was very good move. It's worth your pennies.
