Hi there, I just bought my self a Nintendo 64, and I would like some games which i may not know much about that I would like. I'm already going to get most of the Rareware games (Jet Force Gemini came with the console), and I already have the two Zeldas, Mario 64, Paper Mario and Kirby on my Wii. Any others that I might like?
I haven't played it in over a decade now, but Star Wars: Rogue Squadron might've held up okay; Star Wars Episode I: Racer was really fun back then too. Star Fox 64 is still the best game in the series (although if you already have the 3DS version or plan to buy it on the Wii, I'm not sure you need to bother finding a cart), I remember F-Zero X being pretty fun (also available on the Wii Shop) and Pokemon Snap (ditto) was quite unique and enjoyable too. Just keep in mind with Snap that you can probably complete it in one or two good sittings.

Not really interested in Rogue Squadron cause I have the second one for Gamecube, and I now remember I already have Pokemon Snap for VC. Have Star Fox 64 for 3DS already. Might get F Zero for N64 because it is cheaper to get the original cart for it online than on VC. BTW, I already ordered Mischeif Makers before anyone recommends it.

Then with that and the other games you mentioned, all you're missing is Mega Man 64. Most N64 games have aged poorly and aren't really worth playing anymore. The only other good one not mentioned are Harvest Moon 64 and the Goemon games, and good luck finding those for a reasonable price.
I played Rogue Squadron a few years back. It feels incredibly slow after playing the GameCube sequels. The lasers look like they're moving at 10 miles per hour. Plus it's extremely hard. That stupid volcano level took forever to beat.
How is Mega Man 64? I loved the original NES series but I heard the 3D ones were nothing special. Is it worth tracking down a copy?
Most people's opinion is that it's either amazing or just ok. I'm in the former group. If you want a clever Zelda-like title with some awesome bosses, lots of weapon variety, creepy dungeons and "surprisingly good for 1997" voice acting I'd go for it. People's problems (beyond the dumb reason of it not being the NES games) are the controls and while they can be somewhat tank like, it honestly works well for what they were going for, imo.

Unfortuantley, I live in Europe, so Megaman 64 wasn't released here. The PS1 version was, so I may get that to play on my PS3.
Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire is just an alright game mostly but the vehicle levels are great and worth getting if you can get a cartridge for cheap. Fairly lengthy and challenging game if you go for all the challenge points.
You have to play Pokemon stadium 1 and 2 just for the mini games. The main game is fun as well if you are into Pokemon if not you will only like the mini games.
I recommend you try Banjo-Kazooie (best game available for the Nintendo 64, imo), Chameleon Twist (controls take a bit to get into, but in the end it's a very fun game), Mischief Makers (2D platformer from the same company that gave us Gunstar Heroes, not bad), and Glover (again it'll take some time to get adjusted to the controls, but it's extremely enjoyable in its own right, plus the worlds and sounds are great)
