Some of the JP launch titles have some type of instruction manual. I saw them. But it's rumored that the US games will only have digital instruction manuals. So who knows.
And no, my Vita comes on Tuesday. It's just now been shipped to me a few hours ago.
I hope so. Manuals are surprisingly easy to loss, judging from the large amount of games being resold without them. I'd hate to get a complex game and not know how to play it because it lacks the manual (already suffering with Knights in the Nightmare which I got cart only).

Digital Manual my friend. I know its not the same but it does help in the case of used games.

Dang. When I saw a DS cart for the first time, I was surprised. Next thing you know, we're going to have sub-atomic game carts. Though with 150 GB of storage

He gets everything early so he can write up First Impressions and reviews and the like. It's his job.
If you add me, I need to at least know you or I won't add you back.

This isn't such a bad thing. Imagine if a secret organization was hunting you down and you had to store information on a Vita cart. It would be easier to swallow than a 3DS one!
