For example some use the website backloggery and then they put their name like bobloggery in the signature and it leads to their backloggery web adress. Thats what i talk about ...

Question: can we still add anyone we hunt with online as friends like with Tri? I'm maxed out on my friends list but I'll be running as Spoony whenever my system gets here that is. Most likely be online by Wednesday.

Juse like MH3U I'll be spending several hundred hours online in this game. But first I need to advance my single player through low and high rank. Yes you can. In fact the friends list uses the 3DS friends list, to my surprise... I added some randoms from MH4U's multiplayer and now they're on my 3DS friends list. Regret! For randoms you can just do a guild card swap instead of adding friends.

Yeah, I was afraid it was just like Animal Crossing. Add a random and right to your friends list. I'm maxed out so the guild card thong will work out I guess. Can you still search for any player you want though?

I've been playing Monster Hunter off and on since the PS2, but have never been able to get a single one of my online/ offline mates into it at all, this has always been a massive shame as I could see hunting online with a group of like-minded players would be amazing.
I thought I had finally convinced some friends to join me in MH4U thanks to the demo but they decided against it in the end, so I am finally sick of trying!
I've been playing online since Tri (Wii) but only with randoms, which can always be fun but I'd prefer to progress with a team of people helping each other with goals and grinding materials for tougher hunts.
It would be great to play with a group who prefer using voice comms such as Teamspeak, Mumble, Ventrillo etc. Mainly as I've been an MMO player for a long time and find this to be a much more tactical and enjoyable experience, especially with people that you can have a laugh with at the same time.
Basic things about me:
â—¾Looking to play on MH4U mostly but also own MH3U 3DS & Wii U versions.
â—¾UK player (GMT timezone, UTC+00:00).
â—¾Always been a long sword user due to larger amounts of solo play than online but I'm currently loving the charge blade and it is easily becoming my weapon of choice. Happy to learn other weapons to fit group builds and it's always fun to mix things up.
â—¾Work full time so I would be an evening/ weekend player.

Ah man, this reminds me of such fond memories I had with a chap hunting all night(tri). I think his name was Ant or something. It was so much fun hunting with this guy. The funniest and most intense scenarios would happen. Hunting has never been the same:(
