Topic: Whats wrong with GAME UK?

I popped in to a Game store (in Meadowhall). Whilst I was being served, another assistant behind the counter was basically bad mouthing the Switch to another customer. He mentioned the Joycons not working, there is only 1 game for the Switch and it was a half baked under powered console and pretty much mocked it for having a lacklustre launch. Meanwhile, after giving them my cash, the guy serving me left me with "I hope you manage to still enjoy your Switch." I was in disbelief how negative staff were being.

You should report that to head of management because that could hurt sales for GAME, there have been a few other posts like this too. Seriously GAME get your poop together.

Seriously, this winds me up. There was a prelaunch Game topic about them slating Nintendo. I can't get over how un-professional they are! Seriously, complain to Game!

Obviously, this'll vary wildly depending on which store it is. The staff are usually cool in my local GAME.

If I heard staff talking that negatively about items they were selling, I'd be reluctant to buy anything there.
