Very excited for this one. The first reviews are coming through and they're overwhelmingly positive! It's sounding like a must have for Monkey Ball fans.
Yes, there's no monkeys in it and it doesn't have the flashiest graphics, being a 3D indie game, but it looks to be a really great spiritual successor to the original (and best) Super Monkey Ball.
After being greatly disappointed by Banana Blitz I think this will scratch my Monkey Ball itch nicely and at only £13.49 it's a no brainer for me. Hope Nintendo Life will be reviewing it.
@Clyde_Radcliffe This looks good. I've also been eye-ing Marble It Up and Super Monkey Ball, hoping for a sale that's never come. So this will expand my options.
It's out today! Post impressions if anyone tries it. I probably won't get it straight away as I'm already playing through several games that I want to focus on, but probably get it in a few weeks or so.
I didn't think this would be so specifically Super Monkey Ball like (there's plenty of rolling a ball in a 3d stage with physics...games out there), but those stage intros with the spinning camera make its influence pretty clear. I'm always here for games like this.
