Topic: Bomb Rush Cyberfunk

I fudging loved Jet Set Radio so I’m keeping an eye on this. Has anyone played it yet?

Yeah, Jet Set Radio is one of my favourite games of all time. I still have my original copy I bought brand new from Woolworths nearly 23 years ago. I have been really excited for this one, but don't want to drop £36 on it without hearing what people think. It's concerning that it sounds like review copies weren't sent out until really late (if they were sent out at all).

Any reviews yet? I sort of hope it is very average, so I don't need to add to my shopping list

In last week I got Vampire Survivors, Cuphead, Red Dead and pre-ordered Blasphemous2.

As an aside, Hover is slightly sloppy but interesting open world / platforming / rpg take on JSR.

I'll be honest, I completely forgot about this game until this week.

I'm optimistic about it at the very least being my favorite experience actually controlling this type of game. It will definitely be a better controller experience than A. Playing the original on keyboard and B. playing the GBA version (btw: there was a GBA Jet Set Radio you probably never knew existed).

@Magician Hover is an interesting one, it’s not bad and there’s good stuff in it but it never engaged me. I don’t know why as I wanted to love it.
