Thought up this topic recently. Basically, I'm wondering whether the Light theme or the Dark theme is used more on y'alls Switch 1 / 2 systems.
Personally, I have my background set to Basic Dark. When I got my own personal Switch a few years back, the family's shared Switch already had the Basic Light theme, so I chose Basic Dark to differentiate between the two. After that, I kind of just kept it the same and never bothered changing it. What about all of you?

I use Dark mode on any console, app, etc. that I can. It's much easier on my eyes even if the brightness is turned up.

Dark for me. But I'd like to have some more elaborate options, and the 'Basic' names really seem to suggest that more themes were supposed to be added, otherwise why are they not just called Light and Dark? But Nintendo still hasn't got round to doing that after 8.5 years...

@Dogorilla, I agree, some more themes would be awesome (I've actually ranted about that subject on a different thread before if I recall correctly lol) 😃.

If the dark theme was actually black then I might use it but I never liked how the game icons look against the dark grey so I've always just stuck with the light theme.
