Hello friends, happy Dragon Quest day. Today marks the 40th anniversary of the Dragon Quest Series! And with that we just had a stream for it with a couple of announcements. We finally got more news of DQ12 and they seemed to have revealed it was in a bit of development hell and started over development completely. They showed a small glimpse of the game (thank god) with a teaser showing several new characters along with the protagonist. I got the impression Flames of Fate "dark" would've been the FFXVI style rather than Xenoblade style.

When do people think it will come out? I assume the new Monsters game is 2027, with DQ 12 not before 2028.
