I like this website and visit frequently. I have not bothered to look at the source code but I am on a slower home connection in the USA. For some reason, on any speed connection, the login goes into an infinite loop of login/retry on the Microsoft Edge browser. I can get it to work on Safari on my iPhone using cellular data and computer (as long as nothing else is using the internet connection). Why is the login process so strict with timeouts and AFAICT incompatible with Microsoft Edge?

@wooferjones sounds like it’s more an issue on your particular setup, as the slowness won’t be on our end. It could be related to antibot/recaptcha though. It’s fully compatible with Edge.

Can you send us some screenshots or screen recordings of your issues to [email protected] and I can investigate further.

@antdickens thanks for responding so quickly! I just tested it once and it failed with a no captcha response and it kept showing that so I reloaded the page entirely to capture a video and then it worked. Is that the CDN or something like Cloudflare asking for recaptcha? Because it’s the same on mobile and wired internet when it does happen - it takes a while and tells me I failed the recapta and it was never shown to me.

@wooferjones so we use a mixture of invisible recaptcha and if that fails we fall back to a visible one... it depends on various variables, so isn't consistent. It shouldn't ever take long though, it should load near instantly. Is it any better now? Has it always been this way for you? Thankfully nobody else is reporting similar issues.
