PSA to everyone to check save data BEFORE playing any game on a new system.
I suspect my save data for Kirby FL did not transfer to switch 2. Started the game, looking to play the DLC, and it started me at the beginning. Contacted Nintendo and they only saw the new save as it had been auto-backed up as it was a "newer" save. Don't lose 32 hours like I did.
Always check your save data before opening the game for the first time!
