Does the original Metroid Prime 3 count? Or maybe Pokemon Firered?
I'm really running out of ideas for my signature.
I've got the power! The Hidden Power!
I used to run on blast processing. Now I'm 64-bit.
Currently playing: ARK: Survival Evolved, Splatoon I AM STILL NEAR-PERFECT!!!
I think some people are reading the title and original post wrong. I don't really know I have anything that is rare since I do not plan to sell my games in the future. I just realize that Club Nintendo Game & Watch Collection might be rare game. I have both 1 and 2. (I wish the Pinball haven't been sold out.) So I probably don't have anything that is rare. I just guessing that Game & Watch Collection are probably the rarest thing I have.
Hmmm I'm a big collector of comics and action figures but don't collect games as much, due to the fact that most games that I care about will eventually make it to virtual console. I sold my Zelda: Link's Awakening DX still in its box a few months ago and made a killing! Still, nothing will ever make me sell my Snes collection They're not particularly rare but most are still boxed. (Yoshi's Island is my pride and joy!)
Legend of Zelda collector's edition (GC)
Tingle's balloon fight (DS)
Game & Watch collection 1 (DS)
Game & watch collection 2 (DS)
Metroid prime hunters: first hunt
legend of zelda four swords anniversary edition (rare now since you can't download it) (DSI ware)
Donkey kong original edition (3DS vc)
Tetris party live (rare now since you can't download it) (DSI ware)
and maybe grill off with ultra hand since you really can't buy it right away, other then that the games above are either rare or just became rare.
Very mature.
The thread's title isn't "rare games you own", but "what's the rarest game you have?", so anybody is elligible to post his or her rarest game here, since every owner of video games obviously has to have a game that is the rarest among those.
As for me, it's got to be one of these:
Starcraft 64 (Australian PAL version), Snowboard Kids 2 (Australian PAL version), HSV Racing
Twilight Princess trailer DS cartridge given to me at the Nintendo E3 press conference 2005
The Kirby e-reader prize card from E3 2002
My sealed copy of Ocarina of Time (sealed by Nintendo, complete with their red seal, not some cheap foil anybody could wrap around a game)
This was my exact reaction on reading this thread. Complete with Bea Arthur and everything. seriously, i'm still looking for something that's actually "rare" to be listed in here
Sim city 2000 special edition for PC I still have that freaking old windows CD that can't be played by modern computers even in compatibility mode.(I'll post a pic later XD )
but now I don't know if it's rare anymore....
goodbyes are a sad part of life but for every end there's a new beggining so one must never stop looking forward to the next dawn

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)
I have Jurassic Park Operation Genesis for the PC, which goes for upwards of 80 bucks.
HYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
-Link, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
"Every five years they (Nintendo) just fly Miyamoto to a sunny pastier and let him frolic for six weeks and he comes back with the next great idea."
Some people seem to confuse "valuable" for "rare".
Even if games like Conker's Bad Fur Day, Paper Mario (both the first and second), Xenoblades, Ikaruga, Mario Party 2+3, Secret of Mana, Chrono Trigger and even to some degree Earthbound have been rising in price, that doesn't mean they're rare. Most of them can be found with ease and are on sale just about all the time.
Rare is stuff like Tengen Tetris, Clayfighter Sculptor's Cut, Stunt Racer 64, the Ocarina of Time Special Edition (not the US gold cartridge one, but the European big box one. It was released when just about nobody cared about special editions, but now it's extremely sought-after, and most people don't even realize it exists) or some stuff that I am lucky enough to own:
The Twilight Princess trailer on a DS cartridge given out at E3 2005. Only a few hundred of these had been given away at the press conference.
The Kirby e-reader card from E3 2002. Once scanned in at E3, they were destroyed, which is why only few are remaining.
The Extreme-G Special Edition with an official soundtrack CD.
The PAL versions of Starcraft 64 and Snowboard Kids 2. Even the US versions are fetching neat prices by now, but the only PAL versions are the Australian versions, with supposedly only 5000 units produced.
I own The legend of Zelda skyward sword limited edition with the golden wii mote and sound track. but its not rare its just that its limited edition that makes it really valuable.
