It hasn't snowed yet here in Pennsylvania. Just rain, rain, and more rain

It's an annoying covering which melts and then immediately freezes here. Damn laws of thermodynamics! When I get my hands on them!

Quite high. Our private road is about "half way up the shin" deep and rising I think. Sheffield, about 40 miles south of here was about 12inches!

It's starting to come down now. We've had two or three inches in the last hour. Still not the masses they've had up in Yorkshire and Scotland, but much more than you normally get on the south coast in early December!

Sheffield is 40 miles south from you? LOL, we must live pretty close. Leeds/Bradford area?

Was snowing here earlier. Not now; while there's a lot of ice, there really isn't a lot of snow.

Im not a winter person, so Im lucky Im here in New Mexico, where it almost never snows.

@LEGEND MARIOD That's absolutely crazy! Hopefully I won't get anything like that until the end of term, I'm freezing getting around as it is. My flatmate's car is basically an ice cube at the moment

That's not too far from where I used to live. Ah, so much for global warming.

I'm kind of glad I live right next to the equator where it's nice and warm. We've had rain almost non-stop for the past week or so, but at least it's not cold.

@Sean Aaron How's the Glaswegian weather? Bad time to travel I hear. Hopefully it's not too rough in the city and suburbs.
