I like Metroid he has a cool suit of armor.

Yeah, It's definitely better than superman's suit, she just doesn't have any credibility.

Finally got my little brother into Metroid recently. I ordered Metroid Prime Hunters for him a while ago, and it became the first Metroid game he beat, following my history with the series. My favorite game of all time has a chance to push itself even further away from the rest of my Top 10 and the rest of the Metroid Series now that I have a sibling to make more memories with. We've already had 45 matches together, mostly co-op against bots. I've already done a fan art of Capture Mode based on our team up.

Hopefully, a Metroid Prime Hunters 2 comes out soon, as I really want to experience another Metroid game that has the magic Metroid Prime Hunters has and hopefully a MPH2 will give it quite a competition.

Metroid Prime Hunters, from what I've seen and heard, that game is great! I should look forward to it.

Let's talk about why Metroid can't crawl. It's very upsetting to me.

Why does Metroid have a grily name like Samus?

Playing through Super and Prime for the first time at the moment.

I really, REALLY like Prime. Certainly one of the best games I have played so far.
When I first saw Samus' face reflect in the visor I had to double check that I was playing a Gamecube game from 10~ years ago.

I really want to like Super Metroid more than I actually do.
I find myself getting lost and the backtracking feels quite tedious. I'm glad i'm playing it the age of internets so I can quickly check online for what to do next.

Prime and Super are great games to start off with, @Phatosaurus. Uh, @ShadJV, I think Samus's suit is too large to crawl with, that is why she shrinks into her morph ball.

Um, I wasn't really being serious... Obviously Samus's suit is a bit bulky to easily crawl, and besides that would be redundant since her morph ball function is a more efficient way of fitting through small gaps...

I never understood how all of Samus's hair fits into her helmet.

When you see how large her ponytail is it really doesn't add up. But, this is the same series in which a woman can turn into a giant marble and lay bombs.

Just really started getting into Metroid last year, when I first played my ambassador copy of Metroid Fusion. Since then, I've played through Metroid II (3DS VC), Metroid (3DS VC), & Super Metroid (Wii VC).

I also enjoyed what I played of Metroid: Other M, when I rented it.

@RR529, I'm glad to see you enjoyed Other M, it us one my favorite games of the Metroid series. @Austroid, you're right, how does Samus's hair fit in her helmet. Maybe the helmet is wider than it seen to be.

How did they cram so much TECHNOLOGY into Metroid Prime?

The visor effects are blowing my mind for a 2002 game.
Steam and water textures overlay on the outside of the visor when you come into contact with them and Samus' face reflects on the inside when it's dark and something flashes. She even blinks in the reflection. Such a crazy amount of detail.

I'm trying to win an argument with my brother, who is better Samus or Link? I think you can tell which side I'm on.

I still want to see a sci-fi action film based on the series, or better yet, a trilogy. John Woo was going to do one several years ago, but the rights lapsed.

I think the prime games are great. I beat the fisrt one and loved, best games in the series, Got stuck on the second one, and beat 3 and thought it was a pretty good game. I thougt other M was a good game too.

I know, @Phatosaurus, it is amazing! @Moviefan2k4, a movie series for Metroid is a pretty neat idea.

I still hate how Prime 3 (my fav Metroid) got such a better cover overseas!
