Arizona v. Texas was an a epic game. I love March Madness. Can't wait for Kemba Walker and UConn to roll over SDSU in Anaheim this Thursday! Go Huskies!!!
The result of that Longhorns game was determined by the Refs. That was the fastest 5 second violation I have ever seen in my life. Not to mention the last shot Texas took (Not the one where the time ran out) the guy was hacked and there was no fouls.
Idk I'm watching the replays on the Post Game show and it is close....

March Madness is plastered all over the place and there is something on TV seemingly 24/7 about it in the USA. I don't believe you don't know what it is Tj
Believe it. But now I know.
If you add me, I need to at least know you or I won't add you back.
It'll be Duke, North Carolina, Kansas or Kentucky win it, like it usually is. Just like it's a random SEC team that wins the BS... uh, I mean BCS every year in college football. Sorry, but a sport is just boring when the same small group of teams win each and every year (though it could be worse, could be two-party-system women's college BB, where you know it'll be UConn or Tennessee). Each year, I keep hoping a mid-major, non-power conference team will win it. Hasn't happened yet, but there are a few still left this year, including Butler. It was heart-breaking to see how they lost last year. Would've been a Hollywood ending, but instead it was a sobering reminder that in real life, Goliath ends up on top 99.9999% of the time in the end.
I thought video games were created so that people didn't have to watch boring stuff like this anymore. o__o

There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.
I only kid, lol. If it actually was boring, nobody would watch it.
I'm thankful for it, it makes nice background noise for my Pokémon. :3

Looks like Carolina and Kansas are moving on. Carolina's gonna have to play real hard next game though, because it's gonna be a tough one, and that goes for either team they play.
Of the Elite Eight, I hope Butler or VCU win the title. Won't happen, but I hope so. Five of the other 6 have repeatedly won the national title, and Arizona's already won one. SOMETIMES you just hope the same old team isn't going to win it.
Butler doesn't have a title in any sport (to my knowledge), and had it's heart ripped out last year (guess the whole state of Indiana did twice in '10, with Colts losing the Super Bowl as favorites, then Butler losing the title game as underdogs, OUCH).
And VCU might be an even bigger underdog story than Butler and George Mason in '06, if they went all the way. Plus, not sure if any school in the state of Virginia has won a national title, except UVA winning in men's lacrosse. Just dreaming, because it'll be one of the big conference, tradition-rich schools, but you like to see the little guy win every now and then! Go Butler and VCU!
Sorry to their fans here, but above all else, I'm rooting against North Carolina against whomever they face. Can stand them even less than Duke and Kentucky. I still hold a grudge against the Tar Heels for keeping my Tulsa Golden Hurricanes out of the Final Four some 10 years ago. TU hasn't been back, and has hardly made a dent on the college basketball scene since (for one thing because we get ladder-climbing coaches like Bill Self-ish and Buzz Peterson, who bolt for big bucks at power conference schools as soon as they have ONE successful season).
I bet Haywood is a little sorry he left Butler for the NBA right now. Turns out there is one way for Butler to top the Hollywood ending that didn't happen last year. And that is to recover from the devastation of that barely-missed shot against Duke, and win the national title the following year! Would make it Rocky-esque, except the defending champion is long gone. With all their experience, I'd have to call them the favorite, even if they play Kansas in the semis, or UNC/Kentucky/Arizona/UConn in the finals.
