Goodness, why make a big thread announcing your leave then ask people not to reply? I get the comment section sucks sometimes but ai feel like resent ones were way more civil, outside you bad apples here and there, like tbh I’m kinda surprised how the Bayonetta comments went down, maybe I wasn’t there long enough but I thought it was waaaay more respectful then I thought it would.

@BloodNinja Article comments are where the toxic lurk. That's why I don't say as much in there anymore. If I do leave a comment, I make sure it's not polarizing eye candy for trolls. I don't know what else @nintendolife could to improve the comment sections.
Okay, I don't know why I'm even seeing the OP of this thread, because I have them on ignore.
Since I did see this thread though... I do find it ironic that the same person complaining about trolls is the same person that is always going on about how they threw their Switch in the trash, on a Nintendo fan site. Also always going on about how awful Nintendo is and just has an overall negative attitude in general.
I'll never quite understand how people can login to a fan site of a company/brand they don't like. I've been on this site since 2011 and I've seen multiple accounts of this. I mean like, I'm not a Playstation fan anymore and I have some choice words for modern Sony, but I don't go on PushSquare or any Playstation sub forum or anything.
It's absolutely fine to share negative opinions on Nintendo or their products but when you're not even a fan and 99% of your posts are negative? Yeah, I think it's time to move on. There are more than plenty of other gaming communities out there.
I also thought I had this user on Ignore, but I could be wrong. Never used to have an issue with them, but more recently they seem to have gone a bit loco.

@KryptoniteKrunch@gcunit It's abit of a loophole, you can see an ignored user's post if it's the first in a thread they created otherwise the entire thread wouldn't be visible to you.
Now I'll never know why he pulled the classic forum mistake of "ending all my posts the same way because I don't know how a signature works" when he has already posted something on his signature.
