A character that you don't trust, one that you think is just acting and is actually a villain or out for there own agenda. One that seams like He/She has everything planed out and set up to betray someone or just will snap and go crazy.
Mine is Eirin Yagokoro from Touhou. (big surprise I know)
She is extremely intelligent and very secretive, she is a doctor that can make any type of drug and is the creator of the Hourai Elixir. (Complete immortality potion) The elixir itself is hugely illegal to even make or drink, a law made by the moon capital. (She lives on the moon and is a Lunarian) The princess of the moon somehow found out that Eirin had it and actually asked her for it, but a large amount of lunar rabbits (human/rabbits) come with them that where in the army.
The capital somehow finds out about it shortly after and they both get banished to earth, later on a Human girl wanting revenge on the princess because she had caused her father to commit suicide (the princess does not remember her father.) sneaks in the house they are living in and knows where the elixir does and takes it.
Keep in mind that they have military rabbits guarding the place and for some reason Eirin had made another Elixir for no apparent reason.

the Happy Mask seller, Tingle, Jigglypuff, Thanatos(Kid Icarus Uprising, but the oposite I don't trust in him as a villain) and Prof. Hastings(Pokémon Ranger)

Oh there are too many that I don't trust. Beedle is a good one indeed. Gaebora comes to mind, transforming in a bird, a boat... Who is this guy really.
Professor E. Gadd. I don't trust him at all, he is enjoying himself way too much. And then Capt. Toad, he is way too ambitious. I think he planning something...
@Spanjard Awww leave Professor E. Gadd alone hehe! I know what you mean about him enjoying himself too much though, his adorable little giggle in Luigi's Mansion 2 when he sends Luigi off to get terrified is hilarious and worrying at the same time!
Anyhoo, my choice is Timber the tiger from Diddy Kong Racing. The legendary N64 Magazine were terrified of him so he must have some kind of evil past!
