Nah, i don't think there's something wrong. Could be that google somehow got to know i went to that page, could just be coincidence.

Most likely not a coincidence. It's probably a cookie that your browser stored from the website that tells websites such as NL where you have been. Nothing to really worry about. It has happened to me as well. Just delete the cookies in your browser and carry on...
