why did nintendo put down the idea? it would have rocketed sales. i asked them about it but the gave me the regular crap (never planned in first place) any1 kno if they can creat a auto-spammer to nintendo that automatically sends the same message asking for them to make it? i really want it badly....

You'll probably have better luck if you contact Skype directly rather than Nintendo. Nintendo is unlikely to reach out to Skype to create a version, but they might be willing to license them a kit to develop a version for the DSi. Especially if Skype feels like there's a serious opportunity for profit on the platform.
yeah but, skype already gave an offer.... nintendo declined and i hate them for it. but look on the bright side! they are making a dsi phone (only a rumour)

If the hardware can't handle the memory required for browsing most non-mobile intense pages, I doubt that VOIP is something they could implement on the DSi. It may have just come down to hardware limitations and economics of making the hardware fit.

i'm on myndsi browser, i can't copy a link to the page. Also, my computer has 47 viruses on it so i'm staying off it for a while.
