Topic: Please help me find this ds game

I think it would've been released before 2008, 2011 at most, but I can't remember the genre, language, or title.
I remember there being a minigame about growing flowers; there would be 5 in a row and I think the goal was to get them to the top screen? There were different types of flowers but I remember the tulips the most.
It was a very cartoonish game, mainly basic outlines and flat colour, most likely aimed towards kids.
