More like finding a locked door and then ignoring the neighbor who tells you that the key is under the mat, just so you can continue speculating and then write a dumb story about it years later.

The Fortune Teller WAS HELPING YOU! Do the damn palace and you could open up more parts of the map that you loved exploring so much.
