If you're in need of an excuse to return to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate this weekend, as of this Friday, there'll be a special tournament taking place.
As always, there's a theme - and this time around the contest is limited to fighters who can use fire and flames. We're talking about characters like Mario, Bowser, and even Captain Falcon.

Wow. I hate to brag but I main.. like three of those characters in the picture. I play Bowser occasionally but I won't go as far as to say I'm good with him though.
Anyways. Looks like it'll be another sweet tournament.
Huh. I just noticed the Fantastic Four reference. I dig it. It's really.. "fantastic" ha ha.
Can't say i care, Smash online doesn't work when there's 4 people playing at once, rarely do you get a decent game. Someone's connection is gonna be shoddy.
I occasionally play for fun, as long as its 1v1 or at most 3 players, but I'm not going to bother with any tournaments until they have dedicated servers.
I wonder if Final Smashes would count and Yoshi had his old one, if he would've been included too. Food for thought.
As much as I love Smash (it’s my favorite game on the switch) I never understood this events, the times I participate I ended up getting very common spirits. Is it just for the sake of competition?
