Still waiting on the Zelda anniversary... I wonder why Pokémon is getting anniversary stuff first if its anniversary is about a week after Zelda's.

I think it's because of the Pokemon Company handles that, not Nintendo.
We don't even know if Nintendo plans to celebrate Zelda anniversary.

For all of my criticisms of the state of the Pokémon franchise they sure aren’t letting this anniversary pass em’ by. Nintendo really needs to take notes especially with the Zelda and Metroid franchises.

I think l would get in trouble for getting any one of the merch.
With the more than likely anniversary games of Zelda and Pokemon (and hopefully a 2D Metroid) coming somewhere in the future months, I don't think I can buy any of these. Already I plan to buy Bravely Default 2 this month, by skipping 3D World + Dark Bowser (it's on purpose the name change XD). Hopefully Nintendo (and Pokemon) spread their anniversary games one for each month so that I can buy other third/second party games I'm missing 😅
