Saludos, compatriota. You don't have A Link to the Past? Nor Super Metroid? Go for them! Also, I recommend you replay The Lost Levels from your list (Mario Bros. 2): is funny remember every jump with every hidden box; very challenge.

Lylat Wars is the kinda game you play for 1 1/2 hours (story mode though, but different routes + MASSIVE replayability) and will always come back too. Its my only game that i dont have on my SD cuz i play i at least once a week its awesome. yea paper mario is also a decent choice if you liked super mario rpg.
Star Fox 64 (sorry, Lylat Wars) is a good choice if you enjoy shooters. It's the second best N64 shooter, after Sin and Punishment, so if you like S&P, Star Fox 64 (sorry again, Lylat Wars) is a great choice.
Did you enjoy Mega Man 3? If you liked that, then Mega Man 9 is worth a shot. It's an excellent game with a sweet retro look to it.
